If the problem still persists, go to the Message tab and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center and submit a request with the following information.
1) The trouble you are experiencing with Azar in detail
2) Check if your phone's basic camera application is working
3) Send the picture downloaded in your camera album after taking a picture from the effects
