In Azar, "Manner Rating" shows how well the user behaved during a match.
This grading is based on the matches you had and how well they went. The rate ranges from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).
The up/down button is used for the grading process. If you were pleased with the match you had with a user, please press the "Up" button!
If your experience during the match wasn't pleasant, please press the "Down" button.
How's the Manner rating being calculated?
Manner rating will be calculated based on the data from your previous matches.
The number of matches, duration, valuation(during or after the match) from the opponent will affect your rating.
If you don't have any matching history for the past 4 weeks or have less than 10 matches, the Manner rating will not be applicable due to the limited data to evaluate your behavior.
Where can I find my Manner rating? I can't find them!
You can view Manner ratings anywhere profiles are visible, such as during matches or through Lounge.
If you can't see your rating, please check the list below:
1. If you don' have any matching history for the past 4 weeks or have less than 10 matches, the Manner rating will not be applicable due to limited data.
2. When ratings are too low, the grading is not shown. If your reputation rating is less than 2.5, you'll only be able to check it from your detailed profile.
When will the Manner rating be reflected?
It takes over 24 hours for ratings to be reflected in your account.
This is done in order to prevent users from finding out who gave them low ratings.
We appreciate your patience and will make sure the rating is well reflected in your account!
My Manner rating is going down
There may be two reasons why your manner ratings are going down:
1. If you haven't matched for a while, data from your old ratings will continue to be reflected in your account, but with less weight. On the other hand, more recent matches will have more value and weight on your grade.
2. Users from your past matches have pressed the down button. In this case, we recommend you to be a little more gentle and careful while matching.
Would the opponent know that I've pressed the Down button?
Nope! Your previous matches will never be able to know who pressed the down button.
So if you ever meet someone who behaved inappropriately, please be sure to tap the down button.
Your contribution makes Azar more safe and enjoyable!
