If you want to cancel your cashout request, please reach out to the Azar customer service from 'My Page' - 'Star Wallet' - 'Cashout/Exchange Details' page.
After your cancellation request of a specific cashout date is received, it will be processed immediately after confirmation.
Please be advised that you can only cancel the cashout request when the status is shown as 'Requested.' After the cancelation request is made, you don't need to wait 7 days to request the next cashout.
