If you can't log in with Facebook
1. Please check your [device setting] - [Azar] - [ALLOW AZAR TO ACCESS - Cellular Data ON]
2. Please check if this problem occurs when you are connected with Wi-Fi networks.
If the problem persists, please submit a request with the screenshot of the popup message that appears after you have selected the Facebook login option.
Logging in to Azar with a different Facebook account
If you would like to log in to Azar with another Facebook account using the Facebook app, you can do so by changing the account from the Facebook app and clicking ‘Login with the Facebook app’.
If you would like to log in to Azar with another Facebook account without using the Facebook app, whether it be by email or phone number, please try the following steps below.
Step 1: Log out of your Facebook account from Safari.
1. Click and run the Safari app.
2. Go to Facebook.com and click ‘Log Out’ from settings.
(Please go to step 2 if this did not help)
Step 2: Try the directions below.
Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Website Data -> Edit -> Delete facebook.com -> Press Done
(Please go to step 3 if this did not help)
Step 3: Clearing the history and data by the following direction
Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data -> Clear History and Data
(Please go to steps 4 and 5 if this did not help)
Step 4: Please uninstall Azar, reinstall and try again.
Step 5: Please reboot your phone and try again.
