• The 1:1 call feature gives hosts and viewers the opportunity to connect with each other during a live stream. Live streams will continue while 1:1 calls are taking place, so viewers and guests will have to wait for hosts to return.
• Viewers are required to send hosts gifts to notify the hosts that they are interested in a 1:1 call. Once a viewer has sent a gift, they will automatically be added to and ranked on the 1:1 call list according to the amount they have gifted. Both hosts and viewers will have access to this list.
• To start the call, hosts must select which viewers they want to have a 1:1 call with from the list (regardless of order). Viewers then have the option to either take the call or decline it.
• 1:1 calls are not guaranteed and viewers that are not chosen cannot apply for refunds of gifts that were sent during a live stream.
• The duration of 1:1 calls depends on both the host and viewer, and both have the option to end the call whenever they wish to do so.
• Please note that any violation of the Azar Live community guidelines during 1:1 calls may result in the restriction or suspension of our services (including Azar Live star payout).
• It is supported in limited countries above certain app version.
