The daily gem subscription consists of a sum of gems that will be added to your account upon subscribing, as well as daily gems, which must be collected from the item inventory each day.
Please, keep in mind that the daily gems expire every day, so make sure to collect them daily.
If you didn't get the gems after subscribing, please do the following:
* Try logging into all of your other accounts to check. Sometimes having multiple accounts could lead to confusion.
* If you didn't find the gems on the other accounts, please go to your Profile and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, submit a request with an image of your iTunes or Google Play receipt and press send.
