Important Update for iOS Users
We want to inform you of an important update regarding Azar on iOS.
Following the recent update to Apple’s platform policies, Azar is currently unavailable on the Apple App store.
While we are actively engaging with Apple to clarify the situation and explore next steps, Azar continues to operate for current users.
Impact on iOS Items
We will be discontinuing certain items that can no longer be supported after 2026-04-06.
Please note that not all items are affected by this change.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
📌 Details on Affected Items
- The following item categories will no longer be usable in the app starting 2026-04-06.
- Before Expiration : We encourage you to use your applicable items before 2026-04-06, as they will no longer be available afterward.
- Replacement Gems:
All unused affected items — whether purchased or received for free — will be converted into Replacement Gems based on their values listed below. - Please check the table below to confirm the amount you will receive.
These Gems will be credited to your account by 2026-04-13 and must be used within 30 days of issuance (no extensions for unused Replacement Gems).

Q. Are all items in Azar affected?
A. No. Only the specific items listed above will be discontinued. Items not on the list remain available as usual.
Q. Will free items also be converted to Replacement Gems
A. Yes. All remaining quantities from affected items, whether paid or free, will be converted based on the table above.
Q: Why didn’t Azar provide longer (e.g. 30 days) notice before discontinuing Items?
A. Azar has always strived to provide advance notice regarding changes that impact our services.
We have acted as promptly as possible since the app became unavailable on the App Store. Furthermore, we are currently evaluating the necessary adjustments to make our service available on the App Store again. As a result of these adjustments, certain items will no longer be supported within the app.
We hope that the replacement benefits provided will help minimize any inconvenience to the affected users.
