If you are not getting notifications from Azar, please try the following steps:
1. Restart your device
2. Make sure that all notifications are turned on in your app settings
- Go to your profile > settings > notifications on
- Go to Azar Live tab > tap the menu icon (≡) at the top of the screen > live push notifications on
3. Make sure that the notifications are turned on in your device settings
- Android > Go to your device settings and turn on notifications for Azar.
- iOS > Go to your device settings > Notifications > Azar > Allow Notifications.
If you are still not getting notifications from Azar, please go to settings from your profile, click on Help center, then submit a request to our support team.
