When you delete your account, your Azar profile will be no longer visible to other users, and your data will be deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
We provide account deletion through our app and website. You must be signed in to Azar to delete your account.
- Go to your Profile and click on the Settings icon.
- Tap on “Manage Account”.
- Click on "Delete Account".
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. If you are sure you want to delete your account, press "Delete Account".
Deleting your Azar account removes your data, including matches, messages, and photos, in line with our Privacy Policy. For your convenience, you can restore your account within 90 days. If you choose to return within 90 days, signing in with your previous credentials, you would be able to restore your account and recover some information, such as your name, birthday, gems and profile photos.
Keep in mind
- Simply removing, uninstalling, or deleting the Azar app from your phone will not delete your Azar account. You must follow the steps above.
- Deleting your account won’t cancel an active subscription.
- Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to download your data.
- After 90 days, we will delete your account and your data will be purged according to our Privacy Policy.
