If you are having trouble purchasing gems or items, please try the following instructions.
1. Sign out of Azar.
2. Restart your device and sign into the Azar application again.
If the instructions above do not work, please go to the Friends tab and click on the Settings icon.
Then click on Help center, attach an image of your Google Play receipt and submit a request, so we can get all the necessary information such as the order number, purchase amount and order date for reference.
