1. The reason why you would like a refund
2. An image of your **Google Play receipt** including Order ID (Starts with GPA), Total Amount, and Date.

Please be advised that if you have already spent your gems, we will not be able to give you a refund.
for iOS users:
If you made a purchase using your Apple ID, please note that refunds are managed by Apple, not Azar.
To request a refund from Apple, please visit [Apple Support]or follow the steps below:
1. Go to [Apple](https://reportaproblem.apple.com) and Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
2. Click "I'd like to." and choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose "Next".
4. Choose the item or items that you bought, then "Submit".
