Azar tries to match all users with their preferred gender and region. However, this might be difficult if there are too many users trying to match with a specific gender within a certain region at the same time. To enjoy Azar to the fullest, we recommend that you use the app in the evening or during the weekend when there are a lot of users to match with.
Also, please make sure that you have a good internet connection. You can use Wi-Fi or mobile data and check if you are still experiencing this issue.
If you still encountering issues, please, go to your profile and click on the Settings icon. Then press on Help center and submit a request with the following information:
1. The trouble you are experiencing with Azar in details
2. The name of the telecommunication company you use
