Lack of storage space can slow down the app's performance. As such, if you use an Android device, please try the following steps:
1. Clear Google Services Framework Cache
Go to "Settings" > "Application Manager" > "Select All" > "Google Play Services" > "Storage" > "Clear cache" > "Clear all data"
2. Check Available Storage
Go to "Settings" > "Device maintenance / Device care" > "Storage" to check your storage space.
If you use an iOS device, please do the following:
Check available storage
Go to "Setting" > "General" > "About" > check "Available" to check your storage space.
If you are still experiencing issues, please go to your profile and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, submit a request with the answers to the following questions and press send:
- When is the app slow (e.g. while matching to meet users or while using other features in the app?)
