Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the steps below:
for Android users:
1. Turn off the GPS for 10 seconds and turn it on again.
2. Make Sure You Gave The App Permission To Use Your Location "Settings" > "Location" > Turn "Use location" on.
3. Help your phone get a more accurate location "Settings" > "Location" > "Advanced" > "Google Location Accuracy" > Turn "Improve Location Accuracy" on.
If this does not solve the problem, please go to your profile and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center to submit a request along with the screenshots of both Azar Display and Google Maps (containing the wrong location).
for iOS users:
Please turn off the GPS system, turn it back on, then restart our Azar app.
If this does not solve the problem, please go to your profile and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, and submit a request along with the screenshots of both Azar Display and Apple map(containing the wrong location).
