If you use an Android device, please follow the steps below:
1. Click [here] to visit the Google Play Help Center and troubleshoot the issue you are facing.
2. Some download errors occur when your network is unstable, especially when using Wi-Fi. We recommend using data when downloading the Azar app.
3. Clear Google Play Store app's cache and data. (Settings → Application manager → select 'Google play store' app → clear data and cache). Then, try downloading Azar again.
