First please try turning your device off and on.
If the problem still persists, please go to your Profile and click on the Settings icon.
Then click on Help center, submit a request with the answers to these questions and press send.
1. If the microphone is functional.
2. If this problem occurred with one specific user or with all users.
3. If this happened while meeting new people or while using the video call feature.
4. If you are using earphones/headset or Bluetooth earphones/headset.
5. If the authorization for the microphone is off.
6. If you are listening to music on your device while using Azar.
7. If this issue happens with other apps as well.
8. If you have used Bluetooth to link with your car.
