We regret that login through QQ or Weibo will no longer be supported starting [2024-08-26]. As a result, your Azar account created by QQ or Weibo account will be closed. In-app subscriptions and consumables will no longer be available to purchase starting [2024-07-22]. After the end-of-service date, logging in with QQ or Weibo will no longer be available for the use of Azar service. Please be reminded to use any remaining Gems, Stars, or other in-app items before [2024-08-26].
Regarding personal information:
The closure of your account will trigger the deletion of your Data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Regarding cancellation of renewal and refund of Azar subscription services:
Your current subscription services may nevertheless renew automatically due to prevailing appstore policies. We are unable to cancel your subscriptions directly on Azar. Therefore, please make sure to complete the cancellation process on the Android Play Store or Apple App Store. Please follow the steps below to cancel automatic renewals:
For Android users:
1. Open the Android Play app
2. Tap your Profile icon at the top right
3. Select Payments & subscriptions
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
5. Tap Cancel subscription

How to request a refund:
You can request a refund for the remaining term of your existing subscription, prorated from the end-of-service date, or for the remaining Gem at the end-of-service date. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit a refund request to us along with the receipt of payment from the app store. You may have to provide additional information in the refund process.
