Azar is a place where everyone can comfortably engage with each other through video chats.
An Azar Badge signifies that a user has consistently participated in a meaningful number of lengthier video calls and, in their journey towards earning the badge, this user was not found to violate Azar’s user policies and community guidelines. Earning this badge can help boost the user's credibility and in turn, they appear more appealing to others during video chat matches.
- How do I get my Azar Badge?
To earn an Azar Badge, a user must be consistently active on Azar, engage in longer matches, and strictly follow Azar’s user policy and community guidelines. The longer you engage in chats, the closer you are to getting Azar Badge. Progress toward earning the badge can be tracked in users’ profiles by clicking the badge icon.
Simply having many matches does not guarantee earning the badge.
- Is it possible to lose my Azar Badge?
It is possible to lose the badge if the user does not log on to Azar for an extended period (i.e. absent from the app over the entire previous calendar month) or fails to comply with Azar's user policies and community guidelines at any time.
If during the assessment phase towards earning the badge, a user receives a penalty from their conversations, the user’s progress bar will be reset; or if the user is already an Azar Badge holder, then the badge will be revoked.
- How do I maintain my Azar Badge?
Azar Badge holders must continue to be active on the platform (log on every calendar month) and consistently follow Azar's user policies and community guidelines.
- Will everyone be able to see my Azar Badge?
Azar Badge is visible to everyone.
If a user has earned Azar Badge, a green badge icon will appear beside their nickname on their profile. For those without the badge, an empty badge icon will be displayed.
- I’ve seen users with grey badges, what does this mean?
A grey badge is assigned to new Azar users who have yet to begin their journey towards earning the badge. Help us encourage them to join the league of Azar Badge holders!
