Azar's Age Restriction Policy
Azar has a strict age restriction policy to prevent underaged users from joining the platform. If an account violation involving age is detected, use of Azar may be restricted or suspended. To contest this, identity verification is required to confirm your eligibility to use the service.

- Open Azar: Launch the app
- Contact Us: On the Age Restriction pop-up, click "Contact Us"

Attach these 2 documents in PDF, png or jpg:
a. ID document: mask all personal info except your date of birth and your photograph; and
b. Selfie: a clear photo with your face clearly visible, holding up the same ID document (next to your face)

Accepted Forms of ID for Age Verification
- Driver's License
- Passport
- National ID Card
Unsupported Forms of ID
- Club membership cards
- Student cards
- IDs without face-phot
- Mobile ID cards
Important Guidelines
- Ensure your ID number and any address information are masked (e.g., with sticky tape), but your date of birth and face-photograph must be visible.
Appeal outcome
- Once your date of birth is verified, your ID document image will be deleted.
- Your selfie will not be added to your profile

Azar is for 18+ only. To comply with Texas law, we use age information provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to prevent anyone under 18 from accessing our service.
If you are over 18 but unable to create an account, please check your app store settings to ensure:
- your date of birth is correct
- your account is not under parental supervision, and
- age information sharing is enabled.
Once your settings are updated, return to Azar and try again.
