Dear Azar user,
To comply with updated UK regulations, Azar will no longer be accessible to users in the United Kingdom who are under 18 years of age, with effect from July 1, 2025.
Key Dates to Note
- From May 20, 2025: In-app purchases will be disabled for UK users under the age of 18.
- From July 1, 2025: Azar will no longer be accessible to any UK user under the age of 18.
Refunds and Account Support:
If you are under 18 and have made recent purchases, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team through the app or via help@azarlive.com to request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days from July 1, 2025. After this period, any unclaimed balances shall be forfeited.
Action required from user:
If you have an active and auto-renewing Azar subscription (such as Azar Basic, Plus, Premium or Supreme) via Apple or Google Play store, please cancel your subscription without delay (see accompanying FAQ below for details on how to cancel); if you do not cancel, you may continue to be charged recurring subscriptions by your app store.

FAQ
1. How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions made through the app stores (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store) renew automatically unless you cancel them. Deleting the Azar app or your Azar account will not cancel such recurring subscriptions. To cancel, follow the steps below.
For iOS users:
To cancel using your iPhone:
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription or membership you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android users:
To cancel using your Android phone:
- Open the Google Play app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, and then Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription

2. How can I get a refund for unused Gems?
We encourage using your remaining Gems before July 1, 2025. Refund requests for remaining Gems can be made for up to 90 days after July 1, 2025 by emailing help@azarlive.com. Additional information may be requested to process your refund.
For iOS users:
For purchases made directly through Apple, please know that Apple handles all refunds and cancellations for all Azar subscriptions and consumables (e.g. Gems).
3. When will my data be deleted?
User personal information collected for the use of the service will be deleted in compliance with applicable UK laws.
4. Can I still continue to use Azar if I’m under 18?
No. From July 1, 2025, users under the age of 18 in the UK will no longer be able to log in to Azar.
