Restore your account within 90 days
If you deleted your account within the last 90 days, you can restore your account and restore your gems and some profile information, such as your name, age and gender and profile photos by logging in to Azar with your previous credentials.
Once you delete your account, your messages and matches can’t be restored, even if you log in again within 90 days.
After 90 days
If you deleted your account over 90 days ago, it cannot be restored and you’ll need to start fresh with a new account.
Our data retention policy
When you close your account, your Azar profile is no longer visible to other users and your data is deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy. Notably, we retain your data for 90 days as a “safety retention window” and to enable the 90-day restore feature if you restore your account within this time frame. After 90 days, the deletion process starts, as per our Privacy Policy. For more information, see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
