10. Persons under guardianship and persons with mental disabilities
If the service obtains the valid consent of the guardian for the processing of personal location information, the company deems it to have obtained consent from i) the adult guardian or ii) the person with a mental disability classified as a severely disabled person for the protection of life or body.
