Azar Web is the browser-based version of the popular Azar app. It allows you to connect with people from around the world through live video chat, discover new cultures, and make new friends, all from the convenience of your computer.

Getting Started with Azar Web
- Visit Azar Web: Open your preferred web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and go to the official Azar Web address: www.azarlive.com

Log In or Create an Account:
- Existing Users: Log in using the same credentials you use for the Azar mobile app (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple or Phone number).
- New Users: You may be prompted to create an account. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Initial Setup: Follow any on-screen prompts to set up your basic profile information if you are new or if it's your first time on Azar Web.
Essential: Giving Access to Your Camera and Microphone
For Azar Web to function correctly, you MUST grant permission to use your device's camera and microphone.
- Granting Permission in Your Browser: When you first try to start a chat or use a feature requiring them, your browser will ask for permission to access your camera and microphone.
- Click "Allow": Ensure you click "Allow" or the equivalent affirmative option in the prompt.

If you accidentally clicked "Block":
- Chrome: Click the "Settings" icon located on the left side of the address bar to manage permissions. Change the setting to "Always allow [www.azarlive.com] to access your camera and microphone."
- Firefox: Click the camera/microphone icon in the address bar (usually to the left) and remove any blocks for Azar Web.
- Safari: Click the "Settings" icon on the left of the address bar and then select "Website Settings" to easily manage permissions.
- You may need to refresh the page after changing these settings.
Using Azar Web Video Chat
- Navigate to Video Chat: Once logged in and permissions are set, find the main "Video Chat" section.
- Start Matching: Click a button to start searching for a match.
- Basic Controls During a Chat:
- End Chat: Find the "End Video Chat" button (or click “esc”).
- Beauty Filters and gesture Effects: Explore any icons for applying filters or effects during your chat.
- Reporting/Blocking: Familiarize yourself with how to report or block a user during a chat (see this article for more details).
- Notes:
- There is no camera On/Off button: Camera is always on.
