What is "Chat Missed"?
"Chat Missed" means you and the other user mutually-accepted each other's invite previously, but never got to video chat. When you see this indicator on a card, it's a second chance to connect with someone you already matched with.
Why do I see "Chat Missed" on some cards?
This indicator appears when:
• You and the other user mutually accepted each other in the past, and
• You haven't video chatted since then.
It's a reminder that there's already a mutual interest between you two.
How long does the "Chat Missed" indicator appear?
The indicator appears for a limited time after your last mutual match.
It is only shown when both users are online at the same time.
Will the "Chat Missed" indicator appear again after I decline?
No. Once you decline a card, the "Chat Missed" indicator will not appear again for that user.
Can the other user see the "Chat Missed" indicator on my profile card too?
Yes. Since "Chat Missed" is based on a mutual match, both users will see the indicator on each other's card.
